Here are some basic templates created in MS Word to help you print your certificates. These are for use with the Excel export documents from Vivace. These are only a STARTING place. You will need to make adjustments for your printer, fonts desired, etc. You will need to print some test documents. FUN FACT: You can print the information on a plain white sheet of paper, place it on top of the blank certificate, and then  hold it up to a light source to check the layout.

I do not have a 9-year template available, as I have not needed it lately and do not have any 9-year Certificates to test a template.. You can tweak the other templates as needed. If I remember correctly, the 3- or 6-Year might work for the 9-Year Certificate.

Again, these are basic templates. Unless you have the identical setup to mine, you will need to edit the template. But it will just be a matter of adjusting the spacing and changing any fonts, if desired.

Do NOT delete the registered student from the Festival schedule or archive in
Vivace before your Festival!

(HINT: Placing a student in a special “Cancellations room” you have created in the Scheduling Module will avoid having the student appear on room lists, etc.)  

Following Festival, enter an NR rating; add “cancelled” in the comment field if desired.

Vivace JR 3-3 and JR 3-4 reports are correctly programmed to not include non-performing students. Additionally, your state or NFMC fees will not be calculated or included.

Follow these easy  steps: 
                                             

• From the Vivace Home Page, click Festivals.
  
• Click the Performances List icon in the Action column.
• Review all the completed registrations and double-check to make sure no student was forgotten.
  
  HINT: The Performances List can be sorted by column to make the checking process easier for you. 

In the lead sheet file for Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star, the music for the keys of D and F is incorrectly labeled as Level I. The keys of D and F should be labeled Level II.
